CavPT…

CavPT is designed to be an accessible clinic, based in Catacombs Fitness on Main Ave in downtown Durango. You do not have to be a member of the gym to have access to CavPT.

Stacey Cavanaugh, DPT has 13 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in both outpatient Orthopedics, as well as Home Health PT.

She is dedicated to providing personalized, goal focused care.

She is approachable, honest and will take the time to ensure that together, you meet the goals you have set for yourself. Whether it be to return to the trails, the gym or to improve pain and mobility. You will not feel rushed or pressured, you will have time to talk through your plan and receive dedicated hands on therapy.

Additionally, if you are a Catacombs gym member, Stacey collaborates with the Catacombs coaching staff which helps ensure your rehab goes smoothly and workouts are appropriately modified, as needed.

Stacey’s goal is to get you back to peak fitness and performance and ensure you do so with confidence.
